Linda Gustafsson Ilazi

Linda Gustafsson Ilazi has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Linda is currently working at Nexi Group as the Head of Nordic CTO Office. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Liaison & Management Associate at Nexi Group. Linda also worked as the Group Enterprise IT Transformation Program Manager at Nexi Group.

Before joining Nexi Group, Linda had a significant tenure at Nets Group. Their roles at Nets Group included Pan-European Integrations Program Manager, IT Integrations Program Manager, Head of Service Transition (Interim), Head of Projects, Reporting & Processes in IT Service Management, Process Governance Manager, Senior Project & Program Manager, ITIL Process Implementation, ITSM Tool implementation, One Nordic Service Management, and One Joint IT Operations.

Linda's career began at DSB, where they served as a Togfører (Train Driver), Personaledisponent, and later as a Product owner, Project manager & Statistics.

Linda Gustafsson Ilazi obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (HD1) from Copenhagen Business School, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Graduate diploma in Accounting Control and Process Management at the same institution from 2015 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Linda obtained the SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021. Linda also holds certifications in PRINCE2 Practitioner from Metier (obtained in September 2011), ITIL v3 Foundation from SOSForum (obtained in July 2011), PRINCE2 Foundation from Mannaz, and SCRUM Master from Danube.
