Maria Bardram

Maria Bardram has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field. Maria is currently working as the Head of Legal Nordics & DACH at Nexi Group since January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Group Commercial Law at Nets Group from May 2018. In this role, they managed a team of 19 lawyers across 7 European countries and handled various legal matters related to contracts, negotiations, tenders, outsourcing, product development, and disputes. Prior to their time at Nets Group, Maria was the Head of Legal at Pharmacosmos from September 2014 to May 2018. Maria started their legal career at Gorrissen Federspiel in August 2001 and held multiple roles including Senior Lawyer, Attorney-at-Law, and Assistant Attorney/Attorney-at-Law. Maria's career began as an Assistant Attorney at Bech-Bruun from January 2000 to March 2001.

Maria Bardram completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law, IP right, and Antitrust law from the New York University School of Law in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Law degree from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen between 1994 and 2000. Maria's earliest education was at Herlufsholm Skole og Gods, where they studied before 1993.
