Thomas Kugler

Thomas Kugler currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at BlueCrest, where responsibilities include providing general legal advice to the BlueCrest Group and managing legal services for global subsidiaries while liaising with outside counsel. Previously, Thomas held various roles at Nukem, Inc. from 1998 to 2018, including Director of Legal Affairs & HR and Corporate Secretary, where key achievements involved implementing corporate control mechanisms and managing compliance related to immigration and employment matters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Comparative Law from the University of Iowa College of Law, a J.D. equivalent from the District Court Mannheim, and a First State Examination from the University of Mannheim. Additionally, Thomas has attained a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and has training in Taekwondo.
