Viktoria Merkoulova

Viktoria Merkoulova has extensive work experience in senior management roles related to IT strategy, transformation, delivery, and project management. Viktoria started their career as a Senior Project Manager at PwC-IBM in 1998 and worked there until 2007. From 2008 to 2017, they served as a Senior Project Delivery Manager at Vodafone. Viktoria then joined Amdocs, where they worked as the Digital Transformation Lead at Vodafone Italy from 2017 to 2020, and later as the Director of Amdocs delivery from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT Group Strategy and Transformation at Nexi Group, starting in May 2023.

Viktoria Merkoulova's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Mount Holyoke College. Viktoria pursued a degree in Applied Mathematics for four years, graduating in 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at UCLA in 1996 to pursue a Master's degree in Financial Analysis, which they completed in 1997. Decades later, in 2019, Viktoria attended Yale University to specialize in Psychology of Well-being, where they completed a post-graduate program in 2020.
