Zheng He's work experience spans several companies and roles. Zheng started their career in 2007 as a Project Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S, where they focused on IP telephony and network technology. In this role, they successfully integrated existing IP telephony systems globally and deployed LAN and IP telephony systems in new offices. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Maersk Line as a Technical Operations and Service Manager, responsible for IT service delivery to Maersk Line business across multiple countries. Zheng built a high-performing team and managed various IT infrastructure. Zheng also served as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager during this time, driving and assisting global and local projects. From 2015 to 2021, Zheng Zheng joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as an IT Manager and Global File Share Service Owner, accountable for IT service delivery to users across European countries. Most recently, they held leadership roles at Nets Group and Nexi Group, leading IT service delivery and support functions. Zheng transformed operations models, implemented ITSM tools, and improved service delivery processes. Throughout their career, Zheng Zheng has demonstrated expertise in IT service management, project management, and infrastructure operations.

Zheng He's education history begins with their enrollment at Zhejiang University from the year 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering. This was followed by their enrollment at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 2004 to 2007, during which they obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Zheng Zheng has also obtained two additional certifications: the Certified SAFe 4 Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework) in May 2018 and the ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
