Shota Makhatadze

Shota Makhatadze is currently working as an Invited Professor at Alte University since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Legal Department at NEXIA TA Georgia starting from January 2019.

Shota Makhatadze has a strong educational background in the field of law. Shota obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Tbilisi State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. After completing their undergraduate studies, Shota went on to pursue a Master's degree in Law at the same university, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Shota is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Law at Tbilisi State University, which they are expected to complete in the years 2022 to 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Shota has also acquired several certifications. Shota obtained the Lawyer certification from the Georgian Bar Association in December 2018. Furthermore, they completed a certification program on the topic of "Social Dimension: Estonian Business Environment and EU-Russian Relations" from the University of Tartu in July 2017.
