Nora Askoura

Nora Askoura is a skilled IT professional with significant experience in technical support and Unix/Linux administration. Currently employed at Nexio as a Technicien du support technique since July 2018, Nora provides support for users on PC hardware and Windows operating systems, as well as various internal applications. Previous experience includes a role as an Administratrice Unix/Linux at Vidéotron, where responsibilities encompassed managing ticketing for Unix servers, deploying Linux servers, and updating the CMDB. Nora also worked as a Technicien informatique at Moneris Field Services, supporting internal users and managing software deployments, and began a career in technical support at the Centre Hospital-universitaire in Algeria. Nora holds an AEC in Administration of Linux and Windows Systems from Cégep Rosemont.
