He has a strong background in accounting, finance, and customer service. Mr. Pierce has willingly gone the extra mile for the company and continues to expand his knowledge on other faucets of the long term healthcare industry. He is responsible for the management of roughly $20 million of cash each month, the management of banking relationships, and many more.
