Katrese Sims

Katrese Sims has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Katrese started their career in 2002 as an Office Manager at SPSD, INC. Katrese then worked at Medical Staffing Network as a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Senior Care Centers Health and Rehabilitation as a Human Resources Generalist. Katrese held various roles at Senior Care Centers, including Regional Human Resources Manager, Corporate Human Resources Manager, and Division Director of Human Resources. Katrese worked there until 2017 when they transitioned to a role as Director of Human Resources at Senior Care Excellence for a few months before joining their current company, Nexion Health, as Director of Human Resources.

Katrese Sims, MSHRM, received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Dallas Baptist University in 2000. In 2016, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University.
