Ida Vercruysse

Ida Vercruysse currently serves as Directrice IDF Relation Client and Directrice Relation Client Grand Paris/Paris Val de Seine at Nexity since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ida held several key positions at Eni from April 2017 to September 2022, including Responsable Activation et Service Client B2C and Responsable Pilotage Service Client, overseeing customer service management and teams. Experience also includes positions at SFR where Ida coordinated activities to enhance consumer service and managed the integration of the TELE2 consumer service after its acquisition.
