Brian Rosenbaum has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Brian began their career as a Vice President at Lennar in 1994 and held this role until 2009. Brian then went on to establish Vermilion Group Inc, where they served as the Owner. In this position, they focused on entitlement management, construction management, and due diligence for various clients. Rosenbaum joined NexMetro Communities in 2016, initially as Vice President/General Manager and later as Vice President of Operations. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of Phoenix Operations and, in 2021, they were promoted to Executive Managing Director, overseeing operations in Phoenix, Dallas, and Las Vegas. Most recently, they assumed the role of Chief Development Officer at NexMetro Communities in February 2023.

Brian Rosenbaum attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Real Estate.
