Christine Donald is an accomplished accounts payable specialist with extensive experience in the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist at The Intersect Group since April 2024, Christine previously held the role of AP & Contract Specialist at NexMetro Communities, where responsibilities included managing electronic accounts payable and creating contracts for proposals. With a strong foundation in accounts payable and soft accounting gained during tenure as AP Coordinator/Accounting at Courtland Communities, Christine has demonstrated expertise in utilizing Sage Cons & Real Estate software, overseeing cash projections, account reconciliations, and training staff. Earlier roles encompassed positions at PEM Real Estate Group, Associated Property Management Inc., and Planned Development Services Inc., highlighting a commitment to detail and effective communication throughout. Christine holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in English from ASU West.
