Greg Fedorinchik

Greg Fedorinchik has a diverse and extensive work experience in the asset management and real estate sectors. Greg currently serves as the Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at NexMetro Communities, where they oversee investor relations and plays a key role in the development of cottage-style build-to-rent housing communities. Prior to this, Greg worked as the CEO and Managing Member of Fedovest LLC, focusing on branding, marketing, distribution, and investment due diligence in the asset management industry. Greg also held leadership positions at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, where they managed global client relationships, led portfolio management teams, and served as President and Senior Managing Director. Early in their career, Greg held various leadership roles at Brinson Partners (UBS Global Asset Management), specializing in client service, marketing, and global investment solutions.

Greg Fedorinchik attended Traverse City High School, although the start and end years are not provided.
