Previously, Ashley worked at Global Energy Group as an Offshore Fabricator/Plater and Offshore Foreman, contributing to various projects by executing structural steelwork, pipe fitting, and compliance with safety protocols. Ashley is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at The Open University and has undergone significant training in fabrication and safety procedures throughout a robust career in the offshore industry.
