Achim Kempe

Achim is Nexperia’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all global operations and is overseeing business and manufacturing at our five factory sites. He has a strong manufacturing and operational background, implementing high-impact manufacturing strategies and operational excellence initiatives. Achim brings a passion for efficiency and more than 20 years’ experience to the role.
