Edwin Van De Kerkhof has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Edwin began their career in 1984 at Philips Electronics Netherlands as a Manager Accounts Payable. Edwin then joined the Royal Dutch Army as a Sergeant Encryption & Communications for a year. Returning to Philips Electronics Netherlands, they served as a Controller for Support Departments and F&A IT Manager. In 1990, they moved to Philips Medical Systems as a Business Controls and F&A Business Consultant for Purchasing & Services.

In 1994, Van De Kerkhof transitioned to NXP Semiconductors, where they held various positions, including Cluster Manager F&A Reporting and Business Controls, Assistant Manager Consolidation & Reporting, and Controller Sales Channel Management & Multi Market Semiconductors Europe. Edwin also managed the Migration Manager Financial Shared Service Center Sales & Marketing Europe role. Edwin briefly served as Controller Financial Disentanglement at Philips Semiconductors before it became NXP.

From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Information Officer Finance at NXP Semiconductors, following which they became the Controller Global Sales & Marketing EMEA Region. Edwin then served as Controller Global Sales & Marketing World Wide and was later part of the NXP-Freescale Merger Integration Management Office.

In 2017, Van De Kerkhof joined Nexperia as the Global Sales & Marketing Controller before assuming the position of Head of Global Project Office Finance.
