Bob Simone

Bob Simone is an experienced broadcasting executive with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Vice President/General Manager of Nexstar Broadcasting Group in Springfield, Massachusetts, since October 2018, Bob has held significant leadership roles at various companies, including previous positions at Nexstar Broadcasting Group, KMSB-TV/KTTU-TV, and WTXF FOX 29 in Philadelphia. Notable achievements include launching additional news programming and leading substantial renovations at multiple stations. Bob began his career at WWLP and has accumulated diverse experience across multiple markets, underpinned by a strong educational background in journalism and English from The Western New England University. Additionally, Bob served in the United States Army National Guard as an Information Specialist.
