Kei Alegria-Flores, MPH, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of CatalystIQ, established in January 2023, focusing on the ethical application of behavioral science to enhance product design, communications, and client management for technology, health, and AI sectors. Additionally, Kei serves as the Chief Behavioral Officer and Co-Founder of NexStratus, which develops AI solutions aimed at improving human experiences and promoting sustainable growth. Previous roles include Global Vice President of Applied Behavioral Sciences at Interpublic Group, Behavioral Strategist and Scientist at MicroMass, Data Analyst at Precision Consulting, Global Health Services Specialist at Advance Access & Delivery, and various research and consulting positions at academic and health institutions. Kei holds a PhD in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Public Health in Global Health from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from UCLA.
