Oz Trachtman

Oz Trachtman is a co-founder and CTO of Piecemeal Inc., a SaaS platform revolutionizing restaurant management through artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and profitability. With experience as a participant in MT Lab and NextAI, Oz has played a key role in advancing innovation in the tourism, culture, and entertainment sectors, and the hospitality industry, respectively. Prior to Piecemeal, Oz was the owner of Ta'amama Restaurant, co-founder and CEO of Brightly Games, and worked as a freelancer in mobile application development and Flash solutions. Oz's background also includes military service in the Israel Defense Forces, recognized with a major-general's award, and a strong educational foundation from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
