Ajna Jalim

Ajna Jalim is a highly skilled professional with experience in various roles within the communications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Next Communications since January 2024, Ajna previously held the position of Customer Success Manager - Global at Next360, where a significant achievement was managing the first-ever migration of a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in the country's history in September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Value Specialist and Assistant Marketing and Sales Manager and Training Coordinator at AUK Marine and Mining (Pty) Ltd, along with earlier positions in marketing and sales. Ajna holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Data Science from Amity University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
