Lenisa Lee

Lenisa Lee currently serves as an Initial Licensing Associate at 4C For Children in Southeastern Wisconsin. In this role, Lenisa assesses and supports ECE providers in compliance monitoring of programs and necessary documentation required by the state of Wisconsin certification. Additionally, Lenisa has been working as an Instructional Coach at Next Door Milwaukee since May 2016. In this position, Lenisa observes classroom instructors, provides coaching for improvement in various areas, tracks progress using data, conducts monthly meetings with teachers, and actively participates in assigned committees. Lenisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
