Juha Matikainen

Juha Matikainen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Juha is currently the Chief Development Officer at Next Games, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Next Games from June 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Next Games, Juha was the Operations Director at rcp - remote control productions from March 2018 to July 2020. Juha also has experience in the gaming industry, having served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-founder/COO at Armada Interactive from November 2015 to March 2018. Juha was the General Manager, Finland at Seriously Digital Entertainment from November 2013 to November 2015. Additionally, they have held positions such as CFO at Grey Area from January 2011 to November 2013 and Partner/Finance Director at Capital Five Oy from January 2010 to January 2011. Juha began their career as a Business Analyst at Destia in July 2007 and later worked as an Integration Manager at the same company from July 2007 to May 2008.

Juha Matikainen obtained their Msc degree in Business Tech from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
