Rion Williams

Rion Williams is an experienced game development professional currently serving as Game Lead and Senior Producer at Next Games, a Netflix Game Studio since November 2022. Previously, Rion held various roles at Seriously Digital Entertainment from November 2016 to November 2022, including Product Owner, Release and Content Director, Producer, and Associate Producer. Rion's career began at NaturalMotion from January 2011 to November 2016 as Submission and Release Manager and QA Project Lead, managing teams and overseeing quality assurance processes. Earlier experience includes supervisory positions at Toolstation and GAME Ltd. Rion holds a BA in Music & Entertainment Industry Management from Bucks New University and has completed A-Level studies in Psychology and Biology, as well as various GCSEs.
