Veronica Lopez has over 10 years of work experience in various industries. In 2011, they were a Residential Tutor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2012, they were an Engineer Intern at Ford Motor Company. In 2013, they joined Accenture as a Senior Analyst in Business and Systems Integration. From 2015 to 2017, they worked for the United States Air Force as a General Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. From 2019 to present, they are the Founder and Owner of VEDGY Ventures LLC, a values-driven ethical small business. Veronica also launched VEDGY Vero, a vegan food and lifestyle brand and Instagram blog. Currently, they are a Senior Marketing Manager at TiNDLE Foods and Next Gen Foods | Makers of TiNDLE.

Veronica Lopez received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management (Business) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2020, they completed a Professional Certificate Program in Food, Nutrition, and Health from Wageningen University & Research.
