Sahar Al Gayyar

Sahar Al Gayyar is the Admissions & HR Manager at Next Generation School. Sahar has over 7 years of experience in admissions and HR in schools in Dubai. Sahar has a strong track record of executing full KHDA systems with no missing students and full parent contracts. Sahar is also experienced in administering diagnostic tests, conducting first line interviews, and providing support and guidance to students on their choice of program of study. In their previous role as Registrar at Taaleem - Dubai British School, they were responsible for the CRF (Class roaster file) for the MAP exam. Sahar has also registered students for the CEPA exam and the SAT exam (College Board). Sahar is a member of the SSSC (self-study steering committee), North Central Association and School Improvement (NCA CASI).

Sahar Al Gayyar's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Mansoura University in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and a Bachelor's Degree from Mansoura University in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Sahar also has a certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Office User Specialist (mous).

Sahar Al Gayyar reports to David Kinkead, Superintendant. Sahar Al Gayyar works with Latoya Benjamin - Principal of KG 1 to Grade 3, Lisa Thorpe - Principal of Middle and High School, Head of School Improvement, and John Van Rooy - Principal of Grade 2-5.
