Tahir Farooq

Tahir Farooq is the founder and executive director of the American Islamic School, a role they have held since August 2019. Prior to this, they were the co-founder and project director of Next Generation School since March 2014. Tahir also has previous experience as a strategic educational planning and accreditation consultant at Kennedy Academic Group since 2009, as well as an academic coordinator at TSI Institute from 2006 to 2009. Tahir's early career includes a role as a research assistant at Ryerson University from 2005 to 2008.

Tahir Farooq obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University between 2005 and 2007.
