Daniel Swartz

Daniel Swartz has a solid work history spanning multiple companies. Daniel currently works as a Workforce Manager at Next Insurance since January 2023. Prior to this, Daniel worked at MAXIMUS from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Workforce Manager, Contact Center Manager, and Contact Center Supervisor. Daniel also worked at Xerox from 2007 to 2015, where they held roles such as Data Capture Supervisor, Trainer, Senior Customer Service Representative, and Customer Service Representative. In their roles, Daniel was responsible for managing teams, ensuring timely completion of activities, implementing new processes, and improving customer service.

Daniel Swartz completed their Regents Diploma at Bethlehem Central High School from 1999 to 2003. Daniel then went on to study at the University of Rochester from 2003 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music.
