David Zeff

David Zeff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David is currently working as a Learning and Development Program Manager at Next Insurance since August 2021. From September 2022, they have also started their own career coaching business called David Zeff Career Coaching.

Prior to their current roles, David worked at St. Mary's University as a Program Manager HSI-STEM Coach from June 2018 to August 2021. David led the development and management of the HSI-STEM Peer Coaching program, which resulted in a GPA increase for mentees compared to a control group.

David also served as an Undergraduate Counselor at UCLA Department of Physics & Astronomy from December 2015 to March 2018. Before that, they worked as a Diversity Intern at UCLA Recreation from August 2014 to December 2015, where they created interactive online training modules on various topics and coordinated events promoting inclusivity and equality.

From July 2013 to June 2014, David worked as a Corps Member at City Year, where they managed a cohort of students in an inner-city high school, providing individualized support to improve attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

David gained early work experience as a Cashier, Cook, and Server at Woodstock's Pizza from September 2012 to March 2013. David also worked as a Student at the University of California, Riverside from September 2008 to July 2012.
