Dror Levin

Dror Levin has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to DevOps and cloud engineering. Dror is currently working at Next Insurance as a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer, where they are responsible for provisioning and maintaining resources in the cloud, building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and managing Kubernetes clusters.

Prior to that, Dror worked at Finastra as a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer, where they provisioned and maintained resources in Azure using ARM templates and scripts. Dror also created and maintained Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and played a major role in delivering a data analytics project.

Before Finastra, Dror worked at SAP as a DevOps Consultant and Cloud Solutions Architect. Dror provided consulting and support services on the OpenStack Cloud platform and trained teams on SAP's Cloud solutions.

Dror also has experience working at Cadence Design Systems, where they held multiple roles including Senior DevOps Engineer, CM and Server Farm Lead, and Release Team Lead. In these roles, they migrated development projects to advanced DevOps tools, reconfigured builds and regressions architecture, provided ongoing support to development and operations groups, and led the release team to deliver high-quality releases.

Dror has also worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as a Configuration and Release Manager, Cellcom as a Release Manager and Configuration Manager, Tadiran Electronic Systems as a Senior Unix System Administrator, and IDF as a Data Analyst.

Throughout their career, Dror has demonstrated expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps practices, infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline development, and process automation.

Dror Levin completed their undergraduate studies from 1996 to 2000 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science with a focus on Business. Following this, they pursued further education and earned an M.A. degree in Business Management from The Open University of Israel between 2004 and 2006.
