Dustin Bigham

Dustin Bigham has extensive experience in the field of data science and machine learning. Dustin began their career at RadiumOne in 2015, where they initially worked as an Optimization Analyst, managing the delivery and optimization of programmatic ad campaigns. Dustin also developed theories, best practices, and automation/optimization algorithms during this time. In July 2016, Dustin transitioned to the role of Data Scientist at RadiumOne, where they designed and implemented optimization systems using machine learning to maximize key performance indicators for both RadiumOne and its customers.

In 2017, Dustin joined RhythmOne as Head of Data Science, ML. In this role, they managed a team responsible for developing algorithms and models for optimization, prediction, ranking, and recommendation engines. Dustin utilized machine learning, python, hadoop, hive, sql, sklearn, pandas, numpy, Tableau, and git as common tools.

Most recently, Dustin joined Next Insurance in 2020 as Head of Data Science, ML. Dustin grew a high-impact team of machine learning engineers and data scientists and expanded the machine learning team across different departments. Dustin collaborated with business stakeholders to design and develop efficient systems using various models such as classification, scoring, NLP, image classification, LLMs, document parsing, and ranking models. These models were used for automating risk assessment, pricing, and customer servicing.
