Galit Alaluf Sela

Galit Alaluf Sela has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Galit is currently working at Next Insurance as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Pure HR as a Co-Founder, focusing on recruitment strategies. Galit also has experience at Adam Milo, where they served as the head of the Recruitment Center and head of training development. Galit has managed teams, analyzed sourcing data, and worked in occupational diagnostics.

Galit Alaluf Sela completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ariel University from 2006 to 2009. Later on, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued their Master of Arts in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University.
