Ron Yankelevitz

Ron Yankelevitz has nine years of work experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Ron is currently working as a Security Engineering Team Lead at Next Insurance since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Waves Audio for ten years, with their last role being a Cyber Security Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as cloud security, network and infrastructure security architecture and design, vulnerabilities management, and mitigations. Before becoming a Cyber Security Engineer, they worked as a Cyber Security Analyst and IT Support Specialist at Waves Audio. Prior to joining Waves Audio, Ron worked at USAGC as an Information Technology Help Desk from August 2011 till February 2013. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT support throughout their career.

Ron Yankelevitz completed their Project Management degree at The Open University of Israel in the year 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications throughout their educational journey. Ron became a Certified Blockchain Security Professional through the Blockchain Training Alliance in 2022. Ron also holds certifications such as AZ500 and MS500 from Microsoft, both obtained in 2020. In 2017, they became a Microsoft Cloud Security Expert. In 2016, they achieved a Forensics level 1 certification from See-Security: Cyber & Information Security College and completed the Introduction to Programming Using Python course at John Bryce. Ron's earliest certification dates back to 2008 when they acquired the Windows Server 2008, Server Administrator (MCITP) certification through Microsoft.
