Dana Coutant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dana started their career at Moore & Miller Insurance in 2012, where they began as an Office Admin/Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Rep and quickly took on additional responsibilities such as claims management and office maintenance. Dana worked there until December 2014. In 2015, Dana joined Exo Protein as a Customer Service & Demo Coordinator, where they helped develop the brand and handled customer service inquiries. Later in 2015, they joined Marley Spoon as a Customer Communications Team Manager, overseeing proactive communication and managing the US Customer Care team. In 2017, Dana joined Next Jump as a Customer Service Agent and later transitioned to a Business Associate in Customer Experience. Dana then progressed to Head of Customer Experience (US) and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience (Global) at Next Jump.

Dana Coutant obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature, with a Minor in Psychology, from the University of California, Davis. This education was completed from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Dana has obtained certifications as a Rescue Diver from PADI in September 2019, and as a Property/Casualty Insurance Broker-Agent from the California Department of Insurance in October 2014.
