Keith Askin, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Senior Program Manager at Next Level Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this role, Askin held various leadership positions at USAA from 1997 to 2022, culminating in Director of Program Management for Policy Modernization, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team to establish long-term roadmaps and managing budgets up to $750 million. Askin also directed cross-functional projects to modernize legacy systems and developed strategic planning processes within the Property & Casualty division. Earlier career experiences include roles at Harland Clarke as IT Business Alignment Manager and front-line claims adjustment positions, demonstrating a comprehensive background in program and business management. Askin earned an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University.
