Monica Gonzalez

Monica Gonzalez has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1989 as an Image Hostess for PROINTEL. Monica then moved to Grupo Fertiberia in 1996 as a Logistics & Purchasing Technician, where they developed a Processes Management System and conducted operational simulation studies for raw material prices and costs. In 2001, they became a LNG Logistics Manager for Gas Natural Fenosa, where they developed Logistic activities for the best performance of the freight fleet and optimized routes assignments for a fleet of LNG carriers. From 2003-2008, Monica worked at Metro de Madrid as the Chief of Strategy, Quality and Processes, leading Corporate Strategy and Risks Management, Global management of Quality at service, and leading and managing CSR, Environmental management systems, and Co-creation Innovation Model. During this time, they also worked as a Lecturer at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and CESEDEN - Spanish Ministry of Defence. In 2012, Monica became a Partner Director for INGEOTRANS, providing strategy and HR Consultancy Services, as well as high expertise technical advisory services for engineering and management for Public Transport Companies. Monica also held the role of Director of Organization and Business management projects for TYPSA. From 2016-2017, Monica was the CEO RoomBox and Head of Strategic Partnerships and Talent at Next Limit. In their role as Head of Strategic Partnerships, they developed partner networks and strategic partnerships in the U.S. and overseas. As Head of Talent, they led organizational transformation and change management, led and managed Talent acquisition and Performance Evaluation Programs, and designed and implemented Development and Training Strategy for employees. In 2017, Monica became a Life Coach for Entiende Tu Mente, a psychology and personal development podcast hosted in Spotify, Itunes and Ivoox podcasting platforms.

Monica Gonzalez obtained a Naval Engineer degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 1989 and 1997. Monica then went on to do Doctoral Studies in Oceanic and Naval Engineering at the same university from 2001 to 2004. In 2006 and 2007, they earned an Expert Degree in Railway Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. In 2010, they attended Reputation Institute to complete a Reputation Management Training & Certification Program. Between 2010 and 2011, they obtained a Master Degree in Public and Autonomic Law, an Expert Degree in Constitutional Arrangements and Public Authorities Organization, and a Specialist University Degree in State Central and Autonomic Organization from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. In 2012, they completed a Coaching and Project Management course from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Monica then attended Crearte coaching to earn an Expert in Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and NLP in 2013. In 2015, they completed an Expert in Executive Competences Development course from CEPADE - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as an Expert in Sports Coaching and High Performance Psychology course from Unisport Management School.
