Steve Duncan

Steve Duncan began their career in 2007 as a Junior Digital Designer at George Patterson Y&R, where they assisted senior designers and worked on projects for clients such as Telstra and Westpac Bank. In 2008, they joined Wunderman as a Digital Designer, leading teams on projects for clients including Optus and Woolworths. Steve then moved to M&C Saatchi in 2009 as a Digital Designer, collaborating on various aspects of projects for clients such as ANZ Bank and Optus. In 2011, Steve joined Fjord as a Visual Designer, contributing to digital service projects and creating first-party user interfaces. In 2013, they transitioned to a Service Designer role at Fjord, primarily working on digital service projects in the financial and transport sectors. In 2014, Steve joined Babbel as a Senior Product Designer, overseeing strategy and creating features for mobile platforms. Steve then co-founded Jaspr in 2016, where they established the brand, developed product and marketing strategies, and gained knowledge in funding and investment. Currently, Steve is a Design Lead at Next Matter, where they are responsible for leading design efforts.

Steve Duncan obtained their Bachelor of Communication degree with a focus on Media/Multimedia Production from the University of Canberra. Steve attended the university from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, in April 2021, Steve obtained a certification in Leading for Creativity from IDEO U.
