Sijie Wang

Sijie Wang is the head of UX at Anyscale. Sijie was previously a staff UX designer and manager at Google from April 2011 to April 2021. At Google, they were the design lead and manager for the Google Cloud AI Platform and Manufacturing & Industrial Solutions. Prior to that, they were a research assistant at Simon Fraser University from May 2010 to December 2010, where they designed and developed mobile apps for the West House solar-powered smart home project. Sijie also interned at Pepperl+Fuchs in June 2007 to September 2007, where they designed and implemented an automatic conveyor system to demonstrate the company's factory automation product line.

Sijie Wang completed a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction at Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation at Tsinghua University.

They work with Ameer Haj Ali - Head of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering, Heather C. - Head of Events, and Philipp Moritz - Co-Founder & CTO. Sijie Wang reports to Robert Nishihara, Co-Founder & CEO.
