Christie Botelho is an accomplished business leader and creative professional with extensive experience in operational and strategic roles. Currently serving as Fractional COO at Next Phase Consulting since September 2022, Christie previously held senior positions at IPM - Now Newtek Technology Solutions (NTS), including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development, where significant contributions included doubling organizational size and realizing 3X EBIDTA over 15 years. Christie also co-founded Good To Be Seen Films in 1997, contributing to the production of independent films while balancing a career in technology consulting. Educated at Emerson College, Christie has a proven track record in driving growth and strategy in both business and creative sectors.
