Aaron Beohm, MBA, SPHR, PHR, PHRca has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Aaron'smost recent positions include serving as the Director of People and Culture at Next Phase Enterprises and FoodStory Brands, starting in October 2021. Previously, they worked as a Managing Member at Talented Cast Management Consulting starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Manager, Human Resources at Bambee from July 2020 to July 2021. Aaron has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources at Phoenix House California from April 2018 to May 2020 and as a Human Resources Manager at Five Acres--The Boy's and Girl's Aid Society of Los Angeles from August 2016 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Management Recruiter, Human Resources at Citi Trends from May 2014 to April 2016, General Store Manager at Eddie Bauer from October 2008 to May 2014, General Store Manager at Smith & Hawken from October 2007 to July 2008, and Human Resources Manager at Adidas Group from September 2006 to October 2007. Aaron Beohm has a strong educational background in business administration and human resources management. Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Sonoma State University in 2002. Prior to that, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College in 2001, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Aaron also attended Saddleback College from 1998 to 2000, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

In 2019, Aaron completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from LSU Shreveport. Aaron obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including but not limited to Sigma Iota Epsilon from LSU Shreveport in May 2019, Leadership Through People Skills from Psychological Associates in October 2018, and Creating a Talent Acquisition Strategy from SHRM in December 2014.

In regards to their professional certifications, Aaron is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), which they obtained from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2016. Aaron is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), which they achieved in July 2019. To expand their knowledge and expertise, Aaron acquired the Professional in Human Resources - California (PHRca) certification from HRCI in July 2017. In addition to their HR-related certifications, they completed a course in Situational Leadership from The Center for Leadership Studies in 2009. Moreover, to further enhance their skillset, Aaron holds a Notary Public certification from the State of Arizona Department of State since June 2021 and is trained in Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR, and First Aid through the American Red Cross since October 2018.
