Alec Skender

Alec Skender has cultivated a strong background in logistics management, currently serving as a Senior Logistics Manager and Team Lead at Next Phase Enterprises since September 2019. Prior experience includes a Logistics Account Executive role at Total Quality Logistics, where Alec excelled in customer communication and relationship building, consistently exceeding performance goals. Previous positions include Site Supervisor at Louisville Slugger Sports Complex, as well as Assistant Camp Director roles at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and Illinois Central College, focusing on youth baseball instruction. Alec holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, complemented by an associate degree from Illinois Central College and foundational education from Owens Community College and Metamora Township High School.
