Aaron Kopelowitz

Aaron Kopelowitz is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and People at Next Retail Concepts. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has held senior positions at multiple companies. Aaron started their career at Deloitte in January 2020 as a Manager and was responsible for driving project engagement and building relationships with clients to set their Human Capital Strategy. Aaron then moved to Next Retail Concepts in May 2017 as a Senior Vice President and Founding Member. At Next Retail Concepts, they were responsible for creating a technology platform on AWS and building microservices for multiple software integrations. Aaron also led client engagements and acted as an external consultant for strategic partnership with Mastercard’s Innovation Lab. In March 2016, they joined The Madison Square Garden Company as the Senior Vice President of People Investments (Total Rewards, People Operations, Technology & Analytics).

Aaron Kopelowitz received their Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University Bloomington.

They are on a team with Alexander Cole - Co-founder & Head Of Business Development, Brandon Cole - VP Innovation. Aaron Kopelowitz reports to Neil Cole, CEO.
