Sierra Hinson

Sierra Hinson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations. As the Founder and CEO of Additive Insights since 2019, Sierra has provided fractional and interim COO and CFO services, enhancing business outcomes for various clients. Sierra's previous roles include serving as Acting Chief Operating Officer at KnowledgeHound, where leadership in business operations led to a successful acquisition by YouGov, and as Chief Financial Officer for TransUnion's Signal division during its post-closing integration. Notable past positions also include Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance at Curiosity.com, where business optimizations resulted in significant growth and a successful sale to Discovery Communications, and Senior Vice President of Finance at Sittercity. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago and additional education from The University of Kansas.
