Cydnee Detoy

Cydnee is the Chief of Staff and Partner at Next Street. Cydnee is responsible for driving NXSTs major priorities, operationalizing the firm’s strategy, and overseeing the firm’s Corporate function. Since joining Next Street in 2017, Cydnee has been a leader in Next Street’s Advisory practice and established and led the firm’s People and Culture function. She is part of the New York office.

Prior to joining Next Street, Cydnee was an Engagement Manager at Strategy&, the strategy consulting arm of PwC. She has also worked for an international non-profit and for the US Senate. Cydnee is a certified leadership coach and has a private coaching practice for female leaders. She has her MBA from NYU Stern and her BA from George Washington University.
