Sofia Brunthaler

Sofia Brunthaler is an experienced HR development consultant currently working at NEXT - UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN since September 2022. Previous roles include a project focused on retention and motivation of control and warning officers during a candidacy project at Flyvevåbnets Officersskole, an HR internship at TEC - Technical Education Copenhagen with emphasis on onboarding initiatives, and serving as an HR assistant at JUC, primarily handling recruitment and employee welfare. Early career experience also includes working as a receptionist at Radisson Blu.
