Mark Johnson Nwamaraihe

Mark Johnson Nwamaraihe (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark began their career at Carphone Warehouse, where they held various roles including Store Manager and Sales Trainer. Mark then transitioned into the IT industry, working at Universe Technology as an SAP Business Development Consultant. Mark later joined Montreal Associates, where they served as a Senior Recruiter, Sales Trainer, and Mentor for nearly a decade. During their time at Montreal Associates, they also took on the role of Learning Development Manager and Learning & Development Consultant.

Mark then moved on to Signify Technology as an L&D and Sales Training Manager, where they focused on functional programming and helping software engineers secure jobs with top tech companies globally. Mark then joined G2V Recruitment Group as a Senior Learning Development & Sales Training Consultant before assuming the role of Head of Learning and Development at Vivid Resourcing Ltd, where they developed and delivered the L&D strategy.

Most recently, Mark has taken up the position of Head of Learning and Development at Next Ventures, where they continue to contribute their expertise in driving learning and development initiatives. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated a passion for learning and development, and their experience spans areas such as program design, training delivery, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.

Mark Johnson Nwamaraihe (Assoc CIPD) completed their education history with the following qualifications. In 1999-2002, they attended The Academy Drama School where they specialized in performing arts, drama, music, and dance. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at the Royal College of Art. Lastly, they enrolled at ICS Learn from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development Practice (Foundation Level 3) with a focus on human resources development. Additionally, Mark has an additional certification in CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development Practice (Foundation Level 3) from CIPD.
