Valerie Wasch

Valerie Wasch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Valerie is currently working as a Principal at Next Ventures since 2023. Previously, in 2023, they worked as a Freelance at STTT Corporate, where they specialized in contract IT recruitment and retention strategies.

Prior to that, Valerie held various positions at Montreal Associates from 2003 to 2022. Valerie started as a Recruitment Resourcer, assisting account managers in candidate sourcing and qualification. Valerie then progressed to become a SAP (DEV, BI, INFRA) Principal Contract Recruiter, where they focused on client relationship management and revenue growth. Valerie was later promoted to the role of Head of Delivery/Sourcing Team, overseeing the recruitment, management, and growth of a team responsible for candidate sourcing and resourcing. Finally, they served as the Project Solution Manager - Head of Contractor Care, where they played a key role in creating and managing a profitable division that facilitated the compliance and payment aspects of working with freelancers.

Before their tenure at Montreal Associates, Valerie briefly worked in Customer Services at Kingston Technology in 2002.

Valerie Wasch completed their DEUG LEA in English and German at Universite de Bretagne Sud from 1996 to 1998. Valerie then pursued a Maîtrise in LEA Anglais Allemand at Nantes Université from 1998 to 2000.
