Buffy Butler

Buffy Butler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within various organizations. Since May 2006, Buffy has served as the Managing Director at NEXTAFF of South Florida, where strategic oversight and management are key responsibilities. Previously, from March 2003 to July 2006, Buffy held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Carol City, following a role as Church Administrator at Coral Gables Congregational Church from May 2000 to May 2002, and Director of Operations at Metropolitan Baptist Church from March 1991 to September 1999. Buffy holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Howard University, along with additional qualifications from Emory University and The George Washington University.
