Tom Labadie

Tom Labadie is currently a partner at NextCap Search. Tom was previously a managing director at The Capstone Partnership, an executive recruiter for positions in Investment Banking. Prior to that, they were a project manager at JPMorgan Chase for Career Transition Services. Tom has also been a consultant at the MBA Career Management Center at Columbia Business School and the managing director for Global Head of Campus Recruiting at Bear Stearns.
