Zach Koitka

Zach Koitka currently serves as Managing Director at Human-Inspired Collective since 2023 and as Organisational Change Manager at NEXTDC since October 2021. Previously, Zach held the position of Senior Principal Change Specialist at The University of Queensland, focusing on the implementation of a Human Capital Management Solution affecting 30,000 individuals. Prior roles include Organisational Change Lead for the Queensland Government, Change Manager for Health Support Queensland, Change & Communications Specialist at Urban Utilities, and Operational Change Manager at Young Guns Container Crew. Zach began in communications roles, including Senior Communications Officer at the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection and Graduate Marketing and Communications Assistant at Metro North Hospital and Health Service. Zach holds Bachelor's Degrees in Business and Psychology from Queensland University of Technology (2010-2014).
