Karly Buchanan

Karly Buchanan, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at NextDecade, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Karly held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Motiva Enterprises LLC from November 2022 to April 2024 and worked at ConocoPhillips from January 2013 to November 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support to various operations and functional groups.
